Emotional wellness can be defined as the ability to manage the difficulties of living and adapt to changing circumstances. Life is filled with obstacles that can potentially impede people in their progress. This course has been developed to ensure that participants are able to recognise challenges as they arise and use necessary coping skills to manage them.

Our solution includes aspects of self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision making and sound relationships skills. These have been identified as contributing significantly to emotional wellness and thus enable people to achieve emotional and mental resilience.
